FIRPTA Plus – 2 HR CE Course

The 2 hour, 2 CE FIRPTA Plus class covers the basic FIRPTA processes plus all of the extras that come along with being a foreign investor selling a US property such as ITINS, Buyer Affidavits, tax returns, CGT, current IRS timelines, repatriation of funds, and strategies to help ensure a smooth transaction from day one of property ownership.
